Saul P. Sarrett

Saul P. Sarrett is General Counsel at Evolution Markets Inc. Mr. Sarrett joined Evolution in 2006 and is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters for Evolution Markets and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Sarrett provides strategic guidance to Evolution Markets management on issues relating to business strategy, corporate organization, regulatory compliance, and market transaction structures.

Prior to joining Evolution, Mr. Sarrett was Deputy General Counsel of Investment Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE:ITG) a financial services and technology company. At ITG Mr. Sarrett had responsibility for a wide variety of legal matters including SEC compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, and strategic transactions such as acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures. Previous to ITG, Mr. Sarrett was an attorney at the New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Mr. Sarrett has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The American University in Washington , D.C.
