Mark Dixon is the Chief Operating Officer for Evolution Markets Inc. Mr. Dixon is responsible for developing and executing strategic business activities, as well as managing the company's global operations. In addition, he provides strategic corporate guidance as part of Evolution Markets' Executive Management Team.

An experienced financial services executive with extensive commodity trading markets expertise, Mr. Dixon manages the global corporate growth of Evolution Markets, which now services clients on six continents from offices in New York, London, San Francisco, Beijing, and New Delhi. He directs the strategic planning and corporate management of Evolution Markets, facilitating the expansion of financial service offerings and advising on corporate investments and business development initiatives.

In addition, Mr. Dixon manages Evolution Markets' strategic information technology and trading technology architecture, including the company's back office transaction confirmation and processing capabilities, its communications infrastructure, data management processes, and the development of trading systems.

Mr. Dixon joins Evolution Markets from global financial brokerage Newedge Financial (formerly Calyon Financial, Inc.), where he acted as the Chief Information Officer for the Americas and Global Head of Sales Technology. He has also held executive IT positions with the Chicago Board of Trade, where he was in charge of core IT functions including trade and market data systems.

Mr. Dixon was a commissioned officer of the U.S. Marine Corps, holding information technology leadership positions at various military installations. He is also a graduate of multiple professional and leadership program with the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Dixon received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University in San Marcos.
