Evolution Completes Uranium Auction for Southern Company
Southern successfully purchases U3O8 at auction hosted on Evolution Markets' online EvoAuction(tm) platform.

Evolution Markets announces the successful completion of an auction for U3O8 on behalf of Southern Nuclear Operating Company. 

The auction, which was completed at 12:00 pm EPT on October 14, 2010, was conducted using Evolution Markets' proprietary online auction platform, EvoAuction™. Interested sellers were able to post offers either directly on the secure Web-based screen or via telephone with one of Evolution Markets' Nuclear Fuel Markets brokers.

Michael Goldenberg, Director of Nuclear Fuel Markets at Evolution Markets, issued the following statement:
