Should the SO2 Market Be Saved?
Evolution's Director of Emissions Markets, Paul Tesoriero considers the causes of and solutions to the collapse of the SO2 market.

As the debate on the U.S. climate bill wages on, cap-and-trade continues to be portrayed as a threat to the marketplace.  In a "Market View" piece from the May 2010 issue of Environmental Finance magazine, Paul Tesoriero makes the argument as to why the Clean Air Act amendments of 1990, which included cap-and-trade were not only effective, but cost-effective.
